Plomino 1.3 RC release

Plomino 1.3 will be the next stable release.

All the developments are finished, so we have published this version as Release Candidate for now, as some tests are still needed.

The stable version will be published soon, with updated documentation.

Here are the main enhancements provided with 1.3:

• DocLink field type (similar to Reference field)
• Custom field templates
• Field refactoring: now field type specific parameters are handle in the 'Settings' tab, and offer more options
• XML new format to handle design import/export and replication
• onDeleteDocument event
• DateTime field bugs fixing
